Health benefits of art

Engagement in art is a way to improve your wellbeing.  Engagement takes many forms, be it participating (eg: painting, drawing, sculpting) to appreciation (eg: art history, literature, museum visits, bespoke art travel).  You don’t have to produce fine art to reap the benefits of creating.
